You've taken nuance away.

Radical groups and terrorists like Hamas don't come from nowhere. Palestinians are no more prone to be terrorists than anyone else. Terrorists are made, not born (except maybe for the 2% or so of all people who are sociopaths). You can't bomb your way to peace. Israel's current genocide campaign in Gaza assures another generation of Palestinian terrorists.

Hamas has softened on the eradication of all Jews from their founding. They have said they would accept the 1967 borders, which implicitly means they accept Israel existing.
