You're welcome. Getting old has its advantages. You can't have old friends unless you're old! :-)
I have found it is not hard to keep muscle, but putitng muscle on is harder for the simple reason that recovery slows as we age. Craft your workouts accordingly.
Fortunately, you are not in a competition with anyone else but yourself, so if it takes longer, who cares? It is the process of improving yourself, or just maintaining yourself if that is your goal, that matters.
Like life, fitness is a journey, not a destination. Good luck!
