You're going to have to look a long way forward before Tesla's "full self-driving" actually works. Possibly you'll have to look beyond your life time.
Consumer Reports does not agree with your assessment of build quality (= "reliablity").
"Consumer Reports‘ annual reliability rankings have been released, and with data from 24 brands and over 300,000 vehicles, Tesla fell near the bottom (19/24)"

Sustainability measured on what basis? ICE cars over their lifetime are about the same as EVs, if you account for (and you should) the mining and producing of the batteries for EVs.
Unions are important everywhere for both union and non-union workers. That applies to all industries, not just cars.
Let's revisit "and most Tesla employees prefer the stock option s[sic] as[sic] anyway" in a few years, maybe a few months as the Cybertruck debacle rolls on.
Not just BTW: Stock ownership by Tesla employees is not public information. So either you are making the statistic regarding Tesla stock options up, or you work for/with Tesla and have inside information. A quick search of your name and a scan of what you post and I lean towards the latter.
