You will still have all the same personality issues when you are rich and famous as someone middle-class and anonymous.

The difference is that it is VERY hard to work out issues when you have hundreds to thousands of people writing about your issues.

Particularly as you get more money, it is difficult to know if someone is really your friend, or is just after a piece of you. If you are someone who likes to hear the opinion of multiple people before making a decision you will have a tough time.

Infidelity or the suspicion thereof is a key factor in breakups.

Men and women cheat at about the same level. One of the main factors is opportunity. The more wealth you have the more opportunities will come your way. The more wealth you have usually means more travel. If you travel alone it is another additional opportunity. The better looking you are (often comes together with fame, less so wealth) the more opportunities you have.

Couples like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel are basically the exception that proves the rule. Wealthy, good-looking and famous for decades.

I think it is a matter of personality. Most people don't have the will to say "no," for various reasons, after wealth and/or fame arrive.
