You very specifically listed other universities than Harvard where there were arrests. If the students at Harvard were arrested, you should have listed that.

You also should have listed where in the by-laws/statutes/contract between Harvard and the students it is documented how "not in good standing" is defined, and that that definition includes being arrested, or specifically what the 13 students are alleged to have done.

This is a short-term win for Harvard, but a long term loss.
