You touch on but fail to elaborate on the most important point: Sanders is an activist who has created a huge (sorry, “yuge”) movement.

A president Warren would be at best Obama 2.0. Warren has plans but no pressure. So Republicans will block nearly everything she proposes and pay no political price for it. Just like with Obama. Life for the 99% gets worse under Warren, just maybe (and that is only a maybe) at a slower rate than under another four years of Trump, depdending on your demographic.

A president Sanders would be at best FDR 2.0. Making it clear to all members of congress, R and D alike, that either you get on the progressive bandwagon, or the most popular politician in the country with the bully pulpit will be showing up in your district with thousands of demonstrators and the national press to make sure you don’t get reelected.

Bernie’s (our) movement got 410,000 Amazon and Disney workers $15/hr without even new legislation. That is nothing compared to what will be achieved during the Sanders administration.
