The only people who want less speach are actual authoritarians. If Putin is full of shit, a majority will see through it.

In 2016 I was all in for Bernie. Maxed out donations. Was on Reddit constantly (made some good friends!). I'm not enamored of Bernie any more because Bernie is too far to the right for me, plus he lacks a spine. I'm a lefty through and through.

I don't give a shit what Tucker Carlson's politics are, although I know some of his opinions are f**king odious. I know Putin is going to lie and spin like every politician everywhere. I STILL want to hear what Putin has to say.

I've listened to the interview. It was not softball. Neither Zelenskyy nor more importantly Biden has had questions that hard in my long memory. Imagine Biden being pressed on Julian Assange as hard as Putin was on Evan Gershkovich.
