You may not choose to be a vegetarian, it may choose you. As climate change and neoliberalism progress, meat is going to get more and more expensive.

It is a matter of math. Either a whole lot more people eat a whole lot less meat, or we die out as a species.

Sadly, the way the US, Russia and China are going, we'll all die in/from a nuclear war before it gets that far.
