You don't even need that long. Reading 2-3 pages a day (roughly 10 minutes) means you'll finish 2-3 large books per year. A book a week is great, but making a smaller goal and overshooting is better than setting yourself up for disappointment with an unrealistic goal.
And make your reading time a "mini-habit" (another way to get ahead). My wife goes out our husky every day very early (when it is cool), so I eat breakfast alone most days. Except I don't eat alone. The last weeks I've been eating with Mike Tyson (in his autobiographical form at least). No YouTube, just my current book.
