"...you did not refute my original point that liber and dictorship are contradictory" Dude, you'r just lying. Your orignal point was that no dictatorship every got more liberal over time. That statement is false and I refuted it, so you moved the goalposts.

Your claim that you cannot speak out in dictaorships is false. Your claim that you can speak out in the US is also at least partially false, and Julian Assange sitting in prison facing bogus charges is just one example.

Which system is more oppressive is a different argument.

What I want to portray is that the US is massively hypocritical in our stance on freedom. We claim we support democracy while supporting 74% of the world's dictators. We claim to support our 1st ammendment while threatening big tech with regulation unless they censor according to government desires.

You're right those are different points. Points you opened up after I refuted your oringal point successfully and then you tried (as again here) to move the goalposts.

I can looke back through the history of our discussion and read what you wrote, you know that, right? Bye now.
