You can access the archive pages of the groups that overthrew / or rose up against their governments and where their funding came from.

I would suggest looking at Brian Berletic's YouTube channel about any one of those subjects. He provide links to root source documents in each of his videos.

Berletic is clearly anti-West, so you have to take his opinions in that light, but his research and links are an awesome source of information.
