Nordstream consists of 4 pipelines. Only 3 were blown up. That is 25%.
Russia started working on repairs immediately after the pipelines were damaged. How far along they are is not public knowledge. I can't blame Russia for not discussing the status of repairs publicly at this point.
It would not surprise me, however, if in 6 months if Scholz or his successor says they are willing to buy Russian gas again (as the Czech government is doing now), that Russia announces that one or more of the other three pipelines is ready for testing while the 4th is ready to start delivering.
