Yes, but I don't have time to do all the writing again.
There are lots of people on both YouTube and Telegram, but I don't post specific channels as there is no universal definition of "unbiased."
I don't read/speak Russian nor do I have any deep ties to Russia, so I don't have any source that I think is valid, i.e. anything I read there is probably just blatant propaganda.
IMO, one of the best sources of "who is winning" is Live UA map: https://liveuamap.com/
This is an interactive, Ukraine-based map and uses only the official Ukraine Military (General Staff of the Armed Forces) as its information source, so it is very Ukraine-biased.
You can use Live UA map (with a history feature) to see how the front lines have changed since Feb 22., albeit being very pro-Ukraine any Ukrainian losses will lag on the map by a few days, and Ukrainian gains will be shown quickly.
If you use the map to see trends and not judge the entire war based on what has happened in the last days/weeks, it is clear that there is not a stalemate. It is a slow, grinding destruction of Ukrainian men, material and infrastructure. Simply horrible to read about. Geopolitics aside, the Ukrainians are suffering massively and we should be doing everything possible to end this war (IMO).
For example from the map is is 100% clear that the spring (now summer) counteroffensive has failed. I've heard Russia is moving forward now in 1 or 2 places, but I don't have confirmation of that. It will be some days before it is clear.
