Reagan put the US middle class in a coffin, Bill rapist Clinton nailed it shut and dug the grave, George Bush pushed the coffin in the hole, and Barrack Obama buried the US middle class alive.

I hold out a tiny hope for a Uma Thurman / Beatrice Kiddo type resurrection, but I understand this is real life and not a movie.
