Words of wisdom.

I got back into serious training again at about 50, and I'll never give it up willingly again. I eventually gave up golf due to time constraints but kept lifting and boxing.

Particularly boxing is very much an, "in the moment" activity that is (IMO) important for mental health. It is also an incredible workout.
