Women have easier access to many caregiving and cleaning jobs than men do, due to social / cultural biases (I speak only from a US/EU point of view).

OnlyFans is open to men, but the VAST majority of OnlyFans (and porn in general) customers are men wanting to see women. It is therefore incorrect to say that men are not on OnlyFans because they find other work preferable. The opportunities for men in sex are orders of magnitude smaller than for women.

Women are given custody of children 80% of the time (this is down from 84% about 25 years ago). So you don't see as many men having their custody taken away because the men never got custody in the first place.
