Why don't we? Because we've had 20+ years of being openly lied to about war: Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia (to name a few).

Russiagate showed us a pattern: "Donald Trump did X - the walls are closing in" followed days later by, "Turns out he actually didn't do X." Even people like me, who think Donald Trump is a racist, sexist, con man asshole could see that Russiagate was bullshit. But the media kept hyping up EVERY fucking thing Trump allegedly did, but it turns out he didn't.

Since Russia's invasion, the MSM script has followed the Russiagate script. "Russia did X - it's a war crime!" followed days later by "There is no corroboration for X."

But what we do know is that Ukraine is 2nd most corrupt country in Europe after Russia. We know we've agreed to send them $56 billion and counting. We know Zelensky has stashed millions in off-shore tax havens. We know Zelensky has been on a PR tour since the war started. We also know that every fucking time we want money spent in the US, the congress says it is too expensive, even though those amounts - for OUR COUNTRY - are less than the amounts we've promised to Ukraine.

You don't have to be Einstein to suspect this is a big con job to enrich the MIC, the congress people playing the stock market, and Ukraine oligarchs.

I keep hearing how Putin is like Hitler. Was Churchill's wife posing for Vogue during the blitz?
