Why do you keep repeating this shit about "believing Putin?" I don't get my news from Russia. I get my news from the EU and the US.

Yes, Russia has controlled the dam for months. Controlling the reservoir and the water therein was one of Russia's main reasons for invading Ukraine. Russia also controls the main areas that would be flooded. Russia also controls the nuclear power plant that uses water from the reservoir for cooling. ALL of that would give Russia LESS incentive to blow up the dam, while giving Ukraine MORE incentive to blow up the dam.

Add to that the FACTS that Ukraine already shot at the dam, and talked openly about destroying the dam - at least partially. There were also reports - these I don't know how well corroborated from the west, that Ukraine was sending drones down the river to attack the dam. Those attacks are exactly like the attacks that have been corroborated in the Black Sea - and probably how Ukraine sunk Russia's battle ship last year.

Again, all this ADDS to the circumstantial evidence that Ukraine blew up the dam.

Not just by the way, it is not the official position of the US that Ukraine blew up the Nord Stream Pipelines.

It should not upend anyone's world to admit that Ukraine blew up the dam. That is not even what I'm saying. I'm saying the overwhelming evidence at this time leads to the conclusion that it was Ukraine and not Russia who blew it up.

You have added NO evidence to the contrary.
