Where were all the "good cops" when this happened? One cop looked like he wanted to stop. He was easily redirected by another cop to leave the man - who had just been asauslted by the police - to bleed on the sidewalk. Isn't the motto of the police "to protect and serve?"

If the problem with US police brutality is just a "few bad apples" then why didn't most of the cops stop to help the old man and turn in their "bad apple" colleague who knocked an old man down?
