When I met my wife she had average-sized breasts. She absolutely wanted breast implants, and got them.

My wife told me much later in our relationship that she wanted implants because she had flared ribs and back then she didn't know she could fix that problem through physical means rather than surgery.

Some years ago now she got ex-plant breast surgery, and now is a member of the itty-bitty-titty-committee, and couldn't be happier. No more back pain and sports (particularly boxing) is SO much easier.

I love(d) my wife with average, big and now very small breasts. Motor boating may now be off the menu, but I didn't fall in love with her for her breasts, so really makes no difference to me.

For my wife, and most all the athletic women I've known in my not-so-short life, small breasts are definitely an asset.
