What I saw of the Amber Heard v. Johnny Depp trial, the turning point was when the video came out where Heard secretly recorded Depp. Heard verbally goaded Depp to try to get a reaction. When Depp discovered the camera he knocked it down and left the room without any violence towards Heard. Heard followed him, continuing her attempt at a "gotcha" video.

Instead of Heard proving Depp was an abuser, it showed that Heard was definitely not an innocent victim. Personally I think they are both sad, damaged people, but that is a differnt subject from today.

Similar to the Heard video, Zelensky's continued claims that Russia shot missiles into Poland and that NATO Article 5 should be invoked, when everyone else - including NATO - says it was Ukraine who shot the missiles, has significantly damaged Zelensky's claim that Ukraine is soley a victim of Russian aggression. It is logical to ask, "If Zelensky would lie about this, what else has he been lying about?"

I'm all for negotiations. I'm no Russia/Ukraine expert, but I wonder if Russia tried hard enough (I know they tried hard) to get negotiations going before the invasion.

IMO it clearly would be in the world's best interest if the US and NATO, without whom Ukraine cannot continue fighting, were to start negotiations again. Right now.
