What 1993 peace treaty are you referring to?

Russia has also refused negotiations. Russia has broken every agreement it ever made. 

Note- there is already a peace treaty in place, it was signed in 1993, and Russia broke it.

What 1993 peace treaty are you referring to?
There is evidence of war crimes in Ukraine against both Russian and Ukraine. There is no evidence of genocide by either side.
Hatred of Russia does not justify the existence of NATO after its reason for existence - the USSR - ceased to exist.
