Thanks for the praise. I think the best thing about social media like Medium is the ability to have honest, in depth (if you want) conversations with people all over the world. I learn so much about subject areas where I have no expertise (e.g. your areas of expertise). If we're not being honest, the entire exchange is of questionable value.
