We don't know the exact nature of the damage nor do we know the explosives used. To claim we do is factually incorrect. We do know the dam had been previously damaged, but we also don't know to what extent.

I don't believe Putin for a second. Nor do I believe Biden or Zelenskyy. All have proven themselves to be liars. I look at what has happened, what all parties have said and done that has been proven in the past, and draw my conclusions from there.

With the evidence as it currently stands, it is overwhelmingly more likely that Ukraine blew up the dam than that Russia did.
