We didn't do so well in Iraq, Libya or Syria either. We did great at the destruction or partial destruction of the previous (current in Syria) ruler, and I'd argue that was our only goal, but we certainly didn't get the flourishing democracies that were promised when we started the wars. I would count those as losses.

We've spent more this year in Ukraine in our proxy war against Russia than we did in any year in Afghanistan, after spending 8 years building up the country. The result is that Russia controls 20% of the country and that grows (albeit very slowly) every few days. I'd count that one a draw so far, since Russia has MiGs. Ukraine used to have lots of planes too...
