Very interesting concept (and I loved seeing Bratislava which I've visited many times) but I think it is a very niche solution that won't get much traction.

People who would benefit from such a time savings (high wealth individuals on short hop flights) can just charter a flight in a much more confortable plane. You can fly private bypassing security at smaller airports and be taken right to/from the plane.

And the idea about avoiding a traffic jam doesn't work, as you need runway / long open stretch.

There are currently individual drone type bikes already in operation. That is, they are individual helicopters. But like with the planes, if they developed a bike/drone or car/drone, you aren't just going to be allowed to take off from a city street because of an a traffic jam.

In any case the technology is very impressive.
