Very interesting. I'm skeptical of anything "official" coming out of Russia. No matter how much truth there might be in their claims, for sure there is some exaggeration (propaganda) mixed in and we lay people have little way to discern the difference.

What is NOT to be denied is that if they have such a weapon, practical experience using the weapon in battle is 10x better than testing in a field. If the Russians have it they'll be able to take that actual experience and use it to improve the weapon(s).
