Unless it is a soldier in our neverending "War on Terror" (TM). Then murder is OK.

We can't expect to create tens of thousands of trained killers and then expect them to just turn that off when they come home.

Many returning verterans are confused. They've been trained to see "others" as enemies and shoot them, but now similar people are their neighbors? Not to mention PTSD in an of itself. It is not surprising to me that 22 veterans commit suicide every day.
