Uh, no and then yes (respectively). That is really a horrible and ridiculous question to ask. Of course Trump needs to be charged and convicted before being barred for the crime of insurrection.

Hypothetical: Medium says, "Cailian Savage can no longer post on Medium because he is a rapist and that is a violiation of Medium's Terms of Service." Is it enough for the public to understand that Savage is a rapist, or would he (you) actually need to be convicted by a court? Of course it would be ridiculous for you to barred from some legal activity based on someone just saying, "Cailian Savage is a rapist."

I don't want Trump as president again. But barring him for a crime of which he has not even been charged is ridiculous. It is NOT a complicated case. It is actually really friggin' easy.
