Trump is no more criminal than the last 10 presidents. He is just boorish, crass and doesn't keep his mouth shut. Blurting out shit like, "We have the oil. We left soldiers there to protect the oil..." puts lie to our constant stories about caring about people and democracy. Trump is a rude face for the US empire. That is why he is not accepted.

He was convicted because the Dems couldn't beat him at the ballot box, so like Lula in Brazil they had to try to jail him.

The could have impeached Trump in 2017 after only a couple of months in office if they had wanted to, for his corruption with Saudi Arabia and Trump hotels. Clear breaches of the Emoluments clause. But that kind of corruption is fine in Washington DC, so they had to wait to find some stupid crime that the establishment politicians ALSO weren't guilty of.

Trump's picks for his posts are no worse than Biden's or Obama's and better than Bush's (not saying much).
