Those are all good possibilities. Definitely. However - and again - you are comparing possible solutions to get more ammo to Ukraine at the same time that Russia is actually delivering more ammo to their soldiers, with the gap between possible and actual growing, not shrinking.

Time is also a huge factor. The West delivering more ammo to Ukraine by 2025 means another 9-18 months of Russia pummeling Ukraine and taking more territory.

Also what is completely not equal is the size of the armed forces available. Russia is 3 times the size of Ukraine. Ukraine is running out of soldiers, and Russia is not.

Delivering more ammo in 9-18 months to Ukraine means 10s of thousands more Ukrainians will be dead or injured beyond fighting capacity by the time the West can even theoretically start to even the playing field.

I'm not a fan of Russia or Putin, but reality is reality. Ukraine cannot win this fight against Russia. They should have been allowed to sue for peace in April 2022 or at the latest after their stunning victories in the fall of 2022. The longer they wait now, the worse the conditions will be for them when they do finally negotiate.
