This is true partially in practice but mostly only theoretical. Biden's problem is that these are all true in practice.

It is 100% fair to say that had Trump won in 2020 that Trump would have been virtually the same in Ukraine, Israel, Yemen and elsewhere. But that is a counter factual. The fact is that "Genocide Joe" IS being "more incoherent, more erratic, more dishonest, more cruel, and more dangerous."

I can't vote for either Biden or Trump, but a hypothetical bad Trump vs. an actual bad Biden is a tough sell.
