This is the mother of all stupid comments. The Nazis were around long before Zelenskyy. Your comment is akin to people who say racism is over in the US because we elected a black president.

Ukraine has had Nazis since just after OG Nazis marched in in WWII. My wife's family is all from the Czech Republic. I travel to Romania regularly, and have several Polish friends. It is common knowledge in Central Europe that Ukraine has had a Nazi problem since WWII.

No that doesn't mean there is a majority of Nazis in the Ukraine, or even in the Ukraine military or gov't. The Nazis were never a majority in Germany or Austria either. Like in those countries, the Ukraine Nazis have no problem using extremely violent means to get their way. You don't need a majority if you can physically threaten the majority. It is the same way the mafia works.

Open source documents particularly since the coup in 2014 show Ukraine armed forces with swastikas and other straight-up Nazi symbols on flags, uniforms and tattoos. They are straight up white supremicist Nazis. They even trained some of the US's white supremicists who marched in Charlottesville.

Putin is a brutal, ruthless dictator. That doesn't make him a Nazi. The Russians have cultural PTSD from what the Nazis did in WW2.

If we want to end this war, we have to understand the Russians. Calling them Nazis when they are clearly NOT, and are triggered by the actual Nazis in Ukraine would help.
