This is such an American perspective. Why do you think all the MSM and big companies in the US spend billions every year demonizing socialism and we (the US) overthrow or try to overthrow every single socialist government in the western hemisphere?

If you want to make your job better then vote for some socialists to dilute the preponderance of capitalists in the US gov't. That is the only way you'll get some democracy in the workplace and a better balance between managment and staff. I'm telling you this as a capitalist and a business owner for more than 25 years.
