The humor point at the top is for me really a #1, but maybe it is because I use humor a lot to relieve stress, and someone who doesn't maybe would think it is not that important. I don't have the expertise to judge my own judgment!

The sex drive thing (for someone with a very high sex drive) I think can't be overstated, but you also need to mention kink-matching. If all either of you wants is to be dominated, it ain't gonna work out long term. That obvious example is of course the exception. Wanting different activities in bed is just like having different visions for having a family. Unfortunately it is rare in our prude western society to find someone willing to talk openly about former as well as the latter.
