This is disingenuous, war crime apologia at best. "Unoccupied" but only part of the time, and 100% controlled. It is like saying a prisoner's cell is "unoccupied", because the guards and the warden aren't in it at this very moment.
Everyone knows, and it has been proven several times since 2005 and daily since 7 October, that Israel controls everything that goes into or out of Gaza. Israel has a literal wall around Gaza. Israel bombed the airport and blockades the port. Gazans cannot fish off their own coast - because it is NOT their coast.
Israel goes into Gaza every few years to "mow the lawn" - their horrific term for murder and ethnic cleansing. This act is a very clear war crime.
Since 7 October Israel has made a siege of Gaza. This is also a very clear war crime. A bag of flour in Gaza: $120 last week. A couple of days ago another (the 90th IIRC) journalist in Gaza was murdered by the Israelis. They shot him and then refused to let medical personnel treat him, including shooting a first responder. These are also war crimes.
You list a whole lot of alleged war crimes by Hamas regarding rapes, cutting out fetuses, etc. There has been no direct evidence provided. Zero. You also provide NO evidence. Of course, these claims should be investigated. They are NOT being investigated because Israel refuses to allow a UN investigation. Israel is blocking the investigation of Israel's claims of atrocities committed by Hamas.
Please keep digging, Lester. Please keep piling on apologia for Israel's genocide of Gazans. The planned disease and starvation caused by Israel's systematic destruction of Gazan civilian infrastructure and health care facilities is just beginning. This is another war crime by Israel. The horror of starving Gazan children suffering simultaneously from grievous wounds and disease will still get out. There are too many technological devices for the truth to be surprised like when the Nazis were doing it in the 30s and 40s.
