…esident for the past 3 1/2 years, many people complain that they still don’t know enough about her. It doesn’t seem to matter how much she tells her story, they continue to say they don’t know enough about her. What is it they want to know?

They want to know why she has changed her policy position on multiple big issues in only 4 years. So far - no good answer.
They want to know what policy differences she will have from Joe Biden. This she finally answered with a "basically nothing different." Which is why I think Trump has a good (not great) chance to win again in November.
