They have in past. France says they have no more. England says they do but internally the country is arguing they really don't. The Ukrainians have been shooting these missiles (from all three countreis) already for months, years in some cases.

In any case, the main point remains true: There are not enough missiles to give to Ukraine to make a difference.

We would have to be in a position to give hundreds of missiles - PER MONTH FOREVER - to match what Russia is producing now. Russia is also ramping up production.

Obama said it correctly in 2016: Russia will always have escalatory dominance in Ukraine.
