There were plenty of us who were saying years ago that autopilot is a fraud and Tesla is massively overpriced. I stand to that opinion.

Musk has had some good ideas, but Auto Pilot is like his white whale and it may well be his undoing. His lack of practical knowledge of systems plus his ego (in some unknown mix) lead him to believe that FSD would not be so difficult. He continues to double down trying to make something easy that is not easy.
