The parts about Starlink are not "dead on real."

This is not correct. Musk allows Ukraine to use Starlink in Ukraine for self-defense. Starlink does not work in Crimea. Ukraine requested/semi-demanded that Musk turn on Starlink for Crimea to support a Ukrainian attack on Crimea. Musk refused. Turning on Starlink in Crimea would have made Musk personally an active combatant in the war.
