The issue is not Europe wanting to conquer any part of Russia. The issue is the US surrounding Russia with adversarial forces, weapons and economies with the end goal in Russia to return to the 90s status: A country full of natural resources that US corporations and banks could extract wealth from with little to no resistance from the government, if not direct support.
