The devastation in Puerto Rico has been going on for 4 years, since Hurrican Florence devastated the island. The more important point is that Puerto Ricans are US citizens in need for 4 years.

The US sent over $3,000,000,000 in weapons to Ukraine between 2015 and 2022 (i.e. before the war). Not for US citizens, for Ukrainians.

US priorities are clear.
