The audio is ALLEGEDLY Russians talking about soldiers who are ALLEGEDLY North Koreans who are ALLEGEDLY going to fight with Russians and ALLEGEDLY Russia is going to transport these soldiers across nearly the entirety of Russia (East to West) about 9,500 kilometers to fight with Russians in Kursk.

That is most definitely NOT video evidence that North Koreans are fighting in Kursk against Ukraine.
