You are looking at this in a very negative way. The presence of so MANY super rich, as you call them, also means there is a tremendous general prosperity.

That is demonstrably not true. In the US 76% of the country lives paycheck to paycheck (statistic from before Covid). 40% cannot afford a $500 emergency. That is not "general prosperity."
