No, you didn't mention you're in California. I had a great aunt that lived in a little house about 12 blocks from the beach in San Pedro. She bought it when she moved there in the 50s I think. She died must have been the 80s. Years later I was thinking that plot of land almost within sight of the beach must have been worth a fortune. I digress.
