I was born in Wisconsin and lived there and Minnesota till my early teens, but that geographical nearness didn't provide any history lessons through osmosis!

I'll just point out that "hatred" and "likely" can never be objectively defined.

I'm a huge fan of the US' first amendment, and I'm a free speech absolutist. If someone is not calling for immediate violence against a clearly defined person or persons, let 'em talk. I think it is better to hear odious people speak openly so that I know what they think rather than have them meeting in secret. The best antidote for bad speech is good speech, IMO.
