Tech Oligarchs will “Secure” the Election

Secure from what? Secure for whom? If you look up “secure” in Merriam-Webster, you’ll find multiple entries for “secure.” What is not noted in the dictionary is that the definition of “secure” is very subjective.

“Free from danger” is the first definition. A young lady is free from danger of falling rock in a cave at a cliff’s base. If she has to share that cave with Harvey Weinstein or Bill Cosby is she really free from danger?
