TBH, this is probably what I would have done temporarily. Depending on finances, I would have either dug a hole or - hopefully - just had a small shed around a chemical or compost toilet.

As for neighbors, my advice to Pervy McSnooopmaster is that if he doesn't want to see my bare ass then don't look in my yard.
