So we give them a tax holiday to break up the monopolies. They take 1% of their windfall billions and donate to the politicians who then allow them to "legally" rebuild the monopoly. Great idea.

Same thing has happened after every other "tax holiday" to repatriate funds hidden overseas. They just do it again and wait for the next holiday.
