So far I have not seen a single video of a witness to these crimes, only videos of people who say they talked to witnesses. EVERY time the demand is made for direct witness testimony, Israel has refused.

Your quotes would be the first direct witness testimony I know of. Where is the link? Without a link, you're doing exactly the same thing. You're telling me you've seen direct testimony from a victim/witness, but not providing any evidence. What you are providing is hearsay.

Under the laws of war the occupying force of Gaza is Israel. Gaza is not a country. It is an occupied territory controlled by Israel. Israel is committing a war crime EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. just by entering and attacking Palestinians. The additional war crimes of ethnic cleansing, genocide, collective punishment, attacking hospitals, attacking schools, attacking UN facilities, targeting journalists, targeting medics and siege warfare are on top of that first war crime.

What Hamas did on 7 October was horrific. Any potential war crimes committed on that day should be investigated. Israel is (as I pointed out in my last comment) refusing to let the UN investigate exactly the war crimes. Hamas' war crimes do NOT justify Israeli war crimes. A Hamas tunnel possibly being under a hospital or school does NOT give Israel the right to bomb the hospital or school. Those are still Israeli war crimes. What Israel did before 7 October and since are war crimes.

Israel is also blocking the Gaza exit to Egypt. More importantly, Israel is blocking the exits from Gaza to Israel. Israel is the occupying force in Palestine. Israel has 57 years of occupation and 75 years of ethnic cleansing. Those are also war crimes.

Hamas didn't exist in 1948, or in 1967. Hamas is (sadly) what happens when you ethnically cleanse, occupy and oppress an indigenous population. Some group takes up arms to fight back. Just like the subset of Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto. Both groups have (had) the right to resist their occupation. The Nazis, and now the Israelis, have the legal responsibility to end the occupation.

Israel is now going down the same path that the US did with our indigenous population, and the Nazis did with the Jews. Ethnic cleansing and genocide. What Hamas did on 7 October does not justify what Israel did before 7 October and most definitely not what Israel has done since and is doing today.

We can't change what the US did to our indigenous population, or what the Nazis did to the Jews. But I can and will call out the war crimes Israel is committing right now, and which you are apologizing for.
